This week is Coeliac Awareness week in UK and we want to be a part of promoting this event.
While Gluten Free sausages, (also known as wheat free), are not new to us. We’ve taken time to develop what we consider to be amongst the tastiest range of sausages available using gluten free ingredients.
Gluten is a protein composite found in wheat and related grains and causes health problems in those that suffer from Coeliac’s Disease. The breadcrumbs used in sausages makes them a no-go food for those allergic or intolerant to gluten. In fact, some believe that there are general health benefits to reducing the consumption of gluten in their diets, given how widespread its use in food production is.
So we’ve replaced all the ingredients in our new gluten-free ingredient range of popular sausages with alternatives that don’t diminish their scrumptiousness! In fact some say they are even better.
